WFI (Wellness-Fitness Initiative) 3rd edition DVD
The Wellness-Fitness Initiative (now known as WFI) was developed by the IAFF/IAFC Fire Service Joint Labor Management Task Force to improve the health and fitness of fire/EMS personnel. Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) 2nd edition DVD
The CPAT was developed by the IAFF/IAFC Fire Service Joint Labor Management Task Force as a fair and valid evaluation tool to assist in the selection of firefighters. CPAT components include:

- CPAT test administration and orientation
- The Candidate Physical Ability Test
- The CPAT validation process
- Legal issues
- Steps for jurisdictions outside of the Task Force to adopt the CPAT
